Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. (Working draft — withdrawal instructions to be legally reviewed before go-live.)

Right of withdrawal and period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Katharina Schneider, Hauptstraße 129c, 61440 Oberursel, email info@vanen-miniatures.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Digital content

For digital STL files, the right of withdrawal may expire if you expressly agree that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Checkout references the central checkbox text from form.withdrawal_consent.

Image-to-STL

For an STL file individually crafted from your image (“Image → STL”), there is no right of withdrawal, because it is an item produced to your individual specifications (Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). You confirm this before purchase via the corresponding checkbox; checkout references form.withdrawal_consent_conversion.

Workshops and events

Workshops are services; the right of withdrawal may expire early or trigger a compensation for value if you request an early start. For events and tickets with a fixed date there is often no right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The cancellation and rebooking rules of the Terms apply in addition.
