Services

Vanen Miniatures offers digital STL files, subscriptions for digital content, individual STL files crafted from a customer image (“Image → STL”, delivered by email) and workshops/events. Physical products are not part of the MVP.

Contract formation and payment

The contract is formed after selecting an offer and successful payment through Stripe Checkout. Stripe displays the binding payment information and final order button.

Prices and taxes

All prices are total prices in EUR including statutory VAT. For digital services to consumers in other EU countries, the VAT of the respective country may apply; billing is handled where applicable via the OSS scheme or Stripe Tax. (Working draft — the final VAT treatment must be confirmed with tax advice before go-live.)

Digital delivery and access

Digital files are provided in the member area after verified Stripe payment. Access is granted only by the verified Stripe webhook.

Image-to-STL (commissioned production)

For the “Image → STL” offer we create an individual STL file according to your specifications (uploaded image, chosen size tier) and deliver it by email within a few business days. The same personal-print license as below applies. Because the file is produced to your individual specifications, there is no right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB); you confirm this before purchase via the corresponding checkbox.

Subscription

Subscriptions renew according to the selected interval until cancelled. Management and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal. The cancellation path is visible in the member area.

Workshops and events

Date, location, capacity and materials are stated on each detail page. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the date; after that a reasonable compensation for value may apply. Rebooking to a later date is possible subject to availability. (Working draft — cancellation and rebooking periods to be finalized before go-live.)

STL license

With your purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable license for private 3D printing of the respective model. Sharing or reselling the STL files and commercial print exploitation are not permitted without a separate commercial license. Copyright remains with the provider or the respective designers. Files already downloaded may continue to be used under this license even after a subscription ends; ongoing access to the catalogue does, however, end. Defects and liability

Statutory rights for digital products apply (Sections 327 ff. BGB). We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected. (Working draft — liability clause to be legally reviewed before go-live.)
